Our Services

Workshops

E&R offers biannual hands-on, interactive sessions that introduce the methodology to anyone with a basic racial equity education as applied to participants’ daily work.

Coaching

We offer individual and team coaching for our long-term clients who need additional help with strategic mapping, governance and organizational management, and more. 

Long-Term Engagements

9-18 month engagements generally begin with a focus on the internal organizational and then external work to operationalize antiracist principles and build an impact framework through a series of in-person and virtual engagements expanded impact.

Speaking

We are happy to be invited for talks/presentations at conferences, Board Meetings and other events that are focused on antiracist results.
