Our Services
We work with organizations to develop results frameworks, identify strategies for racially equitable impact, and put plans into action. Regardless of where they start, and over the long term, our approach supports clients to internalize a racial equity-focused results process and orient to the culture change required to do meaningful work.
Our methods are dynamic and interactive, applying racial equity principles and the racial equity impact framework to clients’ real work — both internally — like organizational structure, roles, governance, policies, and cultural norms — and externally — like programs and partnerships.
Facilitated Workshops
An applied introduction to the Antiracist Results-Based Accountability methodology. Over a series of dynamic, interactive workshop sessions, E&R supports a cohort of internal or internal/external partners to learn and apply AR-RBA to your work, culminating with an action plan for racial equity impact.
Coaching
We offer individual and team coaching for our long-term clients who are looking for additional support with strategic mapping, governance, and organizational management, culture. change, and more.
Long-Term Engagements
An additional series of virtual and in-person engagements to deepen and expand impact through your AR-RBA framework (typically 9-18+ months). E&R supports your team to focus on organizational development and capacity building, and then on operationalizing antiracist principles and building an impact framework through a series of in-person and virtual engagements.
Speaking
We are happy to be invited for talks/presentations at conferences, Board Meetings, and other events that are focused on antiracist results.
